The client was facing a sensitive situation due to the challenging merger between two countries within the MENA region, which impacted the management of operations across the entire region. To address this, the company organized its annual convention for senior executives and high-potential employees, gathering 80 key managers from five countries.
Objective
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between senior executives in a tense and sensitive environment.
- Deliver key messages about change management in a positive, impactful manner that encouraged openness and engagement.
- Celebrate the success of Nivea Luminous 630 in the MENA region.
