Context
Inwi has launched during a seminar, a mentorship program meant to encourage seniors to ensure a better integration for the new hires.
Objective
Engage the mentors, referred to as “Buddys,” in an interactive way and make sure they understand their new role in guiding the new hires.
Challenge
design a solution that could make Inwi’s onboarding process both engaging and informative for new recruits, while also involving mentors (referred to as “Buddys”) in a meaningful way.
