Context
The launch of a large-scale employee experience program as the company expanded its focus across 17 countries in the MENA region, it became critical to effectively onboard and engage HR directors, who would act as key ambassadors for rolling out this transformation.
Objective
Onboard and engage HR ambassadors from 17 countries across the MENA region in a major transformation program focused on employee experience. To kick off this initiative, the client needed a dynamic and interactive way to deliver the program’s key messages and create a collective momentum among its HR leaders.
Challenge
The traditional approaches for communicating change were not sufficient to energize and engage HR ambassadors in such a large-scale program. The challenge was to find an innovative, impactful way to both inform and unite these key stakeholders while making the onboarding experience memorable and aligned with the program’s goals.

The custom escape game succeeded in embedding the program’s core messages while creating a sense of collective momentum and excitement. By gamifying the onboarding process, the HR ambassadors were better equipped to champion the transformation program across their respective countries.
